David G. Schiller

President and CEO

Mr. Schiller is the President and CEO of 1155 Infrastructure Solutions, LLC. Prior to establishing 1155iS with the 3.5.7.11 Leadership Team in early 2023, David’s career has spanned over 40 years with key positions in the energy and engineering industries.

Most recently, he was the Vice President of Strategic Projects at The WestLAND Group, a Los Angeles based Land Development and Engineering firm, where he led growth and new business initiatives with WLG’s largest customers.

Previously, Mr. Schiller was Director of Assets in the West Region Operations for Henkles and McCoy overseeing the procurement and management of Fleet, Real Estate, Tools & Equipment for the Power distribution - transmission - substation, Pipeline and Civil departments. In this position David managed teams from Denver to Honolulu where H&M crews were completing projects for various utility customers.

Prior to that Mr. Schiller held numerous positions at Sempra Energy / Southern California Gas Company such as Region Engineer, Technical Services Manager, Portfolio Manager, Training Manager, Field Operations Manager, and others. His experience included working in Gas Distribution Operations, Regulatory Affairs, HR, Supply Management, Gas Engineering and Sempra International

Mr. Schiller holds a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach. He enjoys RV Travel, Golf and Road Cycling in his spare time.
